10. Wayne Williams
Williams better known as the "Atlanta Child Murderer" was responsible for at least 29 murders children between the years 1979-1981. Despite uqe people did not believe that Williams was able to kill those children, the jury sentenced him to serve 2 chains sentences. To this day Williams pleads not guilty. However, we must recognize that in 2005 the case was reopened and that once, back in the early 80s Williams was not the only suspect and could be considered racially behind the arrest of Williams.
9. Dean Corll
Dean Corll not work alone, but had two accomplices, Elmer Henley and David Brooks. Among the 3 killed at least 27 boys between 9 and 20 years old, who raped before killing, then burying them in rural areas of Texas. The funny thing is that it only discovered his involvement in these crimes after one of its partners (Henley) shot, killing him. His "partners" were tried and to this day still in prison.
8. John Wayne Gacy
Gacy, who was a respected and well known politician in the neighborhood of Chicago, surprised everyone when in the cold morning of December 22, 1978 confessed to investigators that he had killed 33 men, which 28 were buried in the backyard. The majority of victims were teenagers who had fled their homes or employees, teenagers too, who worked for the company in construction of Gacy. Gacy's trial began on February 6, 1980, the same was declared mentally insane and cry innocence, although this was denied. Was declared guilty and sentenced to death on March 13 of that year. The sentencing took effect 14 years later, on May 10, 1994. His last words were "Kiss my ass. Never find the other"

7. Gary Ridgeway
Better known as "The Green River murderer." In a wild raid of 2 years in the '80s, Ridgeway murderer of 50 women in Seattle and Tacoma. The victims were mostly prostitutes, which violated before strangling them. Ridgeway had been arrested twice for disturbing to some prostitutes, but released both times. Finally, 20 years after their crimes, thanks to DNA evidence was arrested and confessed. In December 2003 a judge sentenced him to 48 consecutive life sentences.
6. Moses Sithole
This is the serial murderer more "famous" of South Africa, known for the rape of 40 women and killed 38 during the years 1994 to 1995. In December 1997 he was sentenced to 2410 years in prison. The parole is fresh within 930 years. In 2000, Moses was found to have contracted HIV and now is sick with AIDS.
5. Gerald Stano

2. Henry Lee Lucas

1. Pedro Alonso Lopez
Known as the Monster of the Andes, was a Colombian serial murderer after his capture in 1980 confessed to killing more than 300 girls and young women in Ecuador, Peru and Colombia.
